About This Project

The site previously had approval for three double storey dwellings and a prior to that had refusal for four double storey dwellings.


Our client purchased the site with a Planning Permit and Plans to construct three double storey dwellings, however the intention was to resubmit a fresh application for four double storey dwellings.


Together with YBL Architecture, we received approval from Council for the four double storey dwellings. This was a fantastic outcome for our client, which required dedication and clever negotiations with all parties involved to achieve this result.
