There was a history with this site, where VCAT upheld Council’s decision to refuse the original application managed by another consultant.

The client decided to engage us for the second application, and together with YBL Architecture we worked closely with the Council Planners and negotiated another positive outcome by obtaining a Planning Permit for three four-bedroom dwellings on irregular shaped site.
